Xcellerate is not just a program, it’s also an investment in Fortrex. Over the last year, this group has tackled real-world business challenges, delivered meaningful solutions, and pushed the envelope on how we think about safety, performance, and the future of our company. Throughout that process, our graduates have demonstrated creativity, resilience, and a willingness to learn and lead in new ways.
