Looking Back on 2025: A Year of Growth at Fortrex

As 2025 comes to a close, Fortrex is proud to reflect on a year defined by growth and the strength of our team. As we look back over the last year, we’ll remember the teamwork that shaped a pivotal chapter for our company marked by strength and innovation.

Throughout the past year, Fortrex entered a new era with a refreshed brand, a new headquarters, and expanded opportunities to serve our partners with reliable, science-driven food safety solutions. None of this would have been possible without the dedication of our teams across the country.

In 2025, Fortrex continued to invest in the growth and development of our people. Programs like Xcellerate, Elevate, and CFS training helped prepare future leaders and strengthen operational excellence at every level of the organization. From plant staff ensuring safety on site, to compliance teams embedding rigor into every process, collaboration remained at the heart of everything we do. During Safety Month in September, employees across the organization shared what protection means to them and echoed our value of winning as a team. That commitment was also reflected in celebrations of excellence, including accident-free milestones and the launch of the Honor Circle, which recognizes 69 team members who have dedicated 25 years or more to Fortrex.

At Fortrex, we don’t just follow industry best practices; our team defines them. In 2025, we worked together to advance food safety through a strong foundation of compliance, innovative technologies, and investments in science-backed processes.
