Customer relationship management (CRM) and marketing platform. Collects IP address, browser and device fingerprint, page URL, referrer, timestamps, unique visitor identifiers, and form submission data. Used to manage contact inquiries and marketing communications. Personal information may be shared with HubSpot for purposes of cross-context behavioral advertising; California residents may opt out using the link described in the “Your Privacy Rights” section below.

  1. Gauges Analytics

Web analytics service. Collects page visited, referrer, browser and OS data, screen dimensions, visit timestamps, and unique visitor status. Personal information is not sold or shared for cross-context behavioral advertising through this tool.

We require each service provider to use your personal information only as necessary to perform services on our behalf, and we enter into Data Processing Addendums (DPAs) with these providers as required by applicable law

  1. DATA RETENTION

We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, or as required by applicable law:

  1. Contact form data: Retained for 1 year from date of submission, or until you request deletion.
  2. Marketing communications data: Retained until you opt out of communications or request deletion.
